RouteTracker Terms of Use

1. 'RouteTracker' utilizes the device's location information to provide services. The accuracy of location data may vary depending on the device and environment. All location-based information provided by this app should be used for reference purposes only.
2. 'RouteTracker' does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of location data and provides no warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Additionally, 'RouteTracker' is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the provided information.
3. 'RouteTracker' stores data within the user's device storage. If the app is deleted or an issue occurs, the stored data may be lost.
4. 'RouteTracker' utilizes third-party cloud storage for data backup and restoration, which requires user consent. It follows the security policies and access control standards of the respective cloud service providers. 'RouteTracker' assumes no responsibility for cloud service providers' policies, potential changes, service discontinuation, unexpected backup or restoration failures, data corruption, or deletion. Users are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring that backup files are properly created.
5. 'RouteTracker' reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service at any time for any reason, including financial, operational, or technical constraints. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide prior notice where possible, but immediate termination may occur due to unavoidable circumstances. If the app is discontinued, existing data and backup information may no longer be available or restorable, and 'RouteTracker' holds no liability in such cases.
6. Some RouteTracker features are available without payment, while certain premium features require an active paid subscription. RouteTracker may offer auto-renewing subscription plans, such as Plus and Pro, through Google Play or the Apple App Store. The plan name, included benefits, billing period, price, and applicable taxes are shown in the relevant store at the time of purchase.
7. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant store, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until the user cancels them through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another store management flow provided for the purchase. If a user cancels a subscription, the cancellation generally applies to the next renewal, and the user may continue to access paid benefits until the end of the current paid billing period, unless the store, applicable law, refund decision, fraud review, or payment failure requires earlier termination.
8. Refunds, billing disputes, grace periods, account holds, pauses, revocations, payment recovery, subscription changes, and other billing outcomes are handled according to the policies of the store that processed the purchase and any applicable law. RouteTracker may update subscription prices, plan availability, or plan benefits from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the relevant store listing, in-app purchase flow, or other user-facing notice before they take effect where required.
9. By using the 'RouteTracker' service, users agree to these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated as needed, and the revised version will take effect immediately upon release.
